Veined, gray 2″ decorative rock looks great in parking strips, driveways and as a general landscaping rock.
This is a natural occurring rock and colors may vary. Please visit our yard for current samples.
Best Results: For best results and to reduce weed growth, install rock around 4″-5″ deep over top of quality commercial grade weed barrier.
Recommended Depth Rule: The rule of thumb with rock is to install a rock at least twice the size of the rock not going any less than 2″ deep when using small rocks. With a 1 1/2″ – 2″ rock, the minimum recommended depth would be 3 1/2″ deep. Going less will likely show the bare ground beneath the rock. You are welcome to place rock deeper than the minimum recommended.
Please Note– We recommend that you look at this product in person before ordering. None of our rock products are “washed” but they are screened to size and they could be dusty or contain some fines. This is natural rock and colors can fluctuate slightly across different veins in the mountain. Over time, even the same rock source may have slightly different colors.
